Staying up til wee hours of the morning was quite a scenario back in collage days, plus the drinking sprees. But that seemed like eons ago since I had myself busy of work. I seemed to have lost the drive to say hello to the sunrise in it's earliest showing. My bed and I have never lost love for each other, we're sticking like glue.
But now came my boy Z, who seemed to have jived with his daddy's shift in the office. Guess what? We're up at 1, sometimes 3 am just wrestling each other around. Oh, Z's just 17 days old now. He can't wrestle me that bad. Well, altleast for now. ( Thank goodness. ) I may have been so lucky Z's not a cry baby. He could have absorbed his dad's words of not crying his lungs out. He could have listened attentively. And he's adorably cute sucking on his milk bottle with his pouty little lips I just so love.
My journey is just on its onset. There's a lot to come I know. And I am in anticipation. I am up to the challenge. For Z, I can cool off with my sleeping habits. I have been trying. :)

They'd call you Z
It could have been the best surprise ever, well, having 'leaked' September 4, around 8 in the morning, feeling jittery about going thru labor and stuff. Nonetheless, one thing's clear; the stitches, it's all worth it. Seeing Z, brought about a thousand confettis calling for celebration.

Tim Cone, Alaska part ways
Who'd have actually thought this was possible? For the longest time I thought Alaska and Time Cone were inseparable.
But today was quite eventful and pivotal for Philippine hoops' history.
Fred Uytengsu confirms Tim Cone's release as he would want to explore other options and challenge himself.
"This has been emotional. I don't know at this point. The first thing that needed to be done is to do this in a professional manner." , Tim Cone in a press conference late this afternoon today.
"At this point if I knew this was gonna be this emotionally hard, I probably would have not taken the first step." Admitting that he has yet to see the players until before the press conference started, not being able to say goodbye just yet.
When asked about coaching offers from BMEG, Cone says he has not been given an offer. He feels there are opportunities out there but nothing really firm.
Assistant coach Joel Banal shall assume head coach duties and will most likely have Jojo Lastimosa as his first assistant coach. Cone has always told Banal that he's too good to play back up for him.
"The hardest thing right now is leaving the players. I don't want them to feel I'm abandoning them. It's a truly difficult process." Cone, was quite certain that nothing will overshadow the relationships he has built. "I've been married to Alaska longer than I've been married to my wife.", he gushes.
