Some things just have to happen. Kahit na it pains like shit.

Napakadaming tumatakbo sa isip ko. Na gustong-gusto kong ilathala. Pero some things just have to wait.

Tulad ng sabi nila, bilog ang mundo. Lahat tayo magkakaron ng take sa success at sa downside nito.

At siguro nga nasa downside ako ngayon. OO. Dinidibdib ko talaga. I have my own reasons, and they aren't shallow, mind you.

I feel really feisty. Motivated more than ever. I got to find some light about this thing having happened.

Shall be my springboard. OUR springboard. I invite better things to come our way. I hope the tables will turn in our favor.

It's about time to show them what YOU've honed us to be. Tipong mga ninja na handa ng sumabak sa laban.

Financial Femme

Our Christmas party is themed Hats & Headbands. Kaya we came up with our most fab stuff! Haha. Masakit pala sa ulo ang naka-headband. I haven't worn any kasi lately e.

Arkin's First Christmas

This year's Christmas is extra special because of him. :) See how big our baby boy is now. He'll be turning 4 months old in a week's time.

On Peja Stojakovic

Stojakovic was my favorite cager back in the days. And it was sad knowing he already announced retirement, December 19, Monday.

The 6 foot 10 inch- Serbian-Greek pro, Predrag Stojakovic last played for the Dallas Mavericks, alongside Dirk Nowitzki bagging the 2011 Championship.

Drafted 14th overall in 1996, Peja played small forward for the Sacramento Kings.

Born on June 9, 1977, this Greek League MVP won twice in the NBA three-point shoot out in 2002 and 2003. He was also a three-time All Star member from 2002-2004. With his career breakthrough in 2000, Peja and  his tremendous shooting was threatened by injuries, side lining him in the 2004-2005 season.

Peja had a stint in the Pacers line up in exchange for Ron Artest in 2006, after which he was traded to the Oklahoma City Hornets wherein he made history being the first one to open the scoring chores for his team at 20 points.

He has gone through back surgery and a left knee injury come the succeeding seasons.

Having been part of the Mavericks' championship team this year, Peja announced his retirement early this week, reasoning out the aftermath of his previous injuries.

Well, as they say, it would still be better to bow down while you're still on top. Uhm.Yeah, Peja could have not been at his career's peek, but at least he was still at a glorious phase when he decided to.

Three titles aren't so bad at all.

And yes, I could be as difficult as I can be. With all the early marriage mess up's there is, I am just so glad I have Jef with me. He has constantly enticed my senses with worthy arguments, pacified me in rage and made me feel special in ways only he can come up with.

Certainly, I get to find reasons to love him more each day.

I couldn't adore him more!

Arkin's been feeling under the weather with his colds and cough on the side a couple of weeks now. Good thing, hindi siya iyakin. And he could still sleep soundly. Madiskarteng bata.

After nebulizing for 5 days and being given anti-asthma meds, there wasn't so much relief. Well, as much and as better as we hoped for. Nonetheless, Arkin's been the tough boy that he is, surpassing colds and cough through Papa's oregano.

And yes today, he is feeling a whole lot better; displaying his makulit antiques to her Ninang Sai, Tito Kevin, Mommsy Liza and Mamay Boyet.

OM. Makes me want to rush home already!

I'mma BAG that!

I was purposely avoiding lunch outs just so that I could not let my eyes be pleased with stuff over Greenhills Shopping Center.

As tempting as it could get, I was able to hold myself together, the past trips there. Shoes were totally eye candies, over-sized tops too. But none actually tickled my senses, so much that I end up buying them.

But today, I was jumpy over this bag! And I'm going to get that without this day ending. 

Made of durable oilcloth, the vintage feel struck me that bad, I was aching for it. Dress-down Fridays should be a lot more fun then!


With all the negative vibes bugging me all throughout the weekend, I think I BADLY deserve this one.

Anyone who works as much as I do DESERVE something for themselves.

Hello, Flats!

I have always learned to walk in heels.

But this could be the perfect time to say Adios to them.

Giving birth, it's having its toll on my muscles. It feels a lot like I'm not the old me.

Well maybe I could still consider slipping into some peep-toes every once in a while. But for now, I'm going to lay flat with flats!
